How I can help
Discovery, roadmaps and ruthless prioritisation. I turn fuzzy goals into a backlog the team believes in, keeping the end user at the centre of every trade-off.
Agile delivery for cross-functional teams of developers, QA, DevOps and business. Sprint planning, stakeholder alignment and predictable releases for international clients.
A backend engineer at heart. I speak architecture, APIs, cloud and AI integrations fluently, so I can translate between engineers and non-technical stakeholders and get real buy-in.
Experience
Co-founded Codedrops Tech and lead cross-functional teams across SaaS platforms, AI-powered systems, AI-based content creation, travel planning and communication products, from requirements to production.
Led product development for a Netherlands-based AI company focused on compliance and enterprise workflow solutions.
Built and maintained backend services, automation tools and data processing workflows for internal and client-facing products.
Built websites and custom backends for international clients, including SaaS platforms like Logme, Bytemine and FollowMedia, using Node.js, Flask, Docker and Nginx.
About
I'm Gokul Adhikari, a product manager and co-founder based in Kathmandu, Nepal, who started out writing backend code. Today I focus on building strong teams with a real quality culture, and on giving them the clarity to ship their best work while I manage stakeholder expectations.
I take a pragmatic approach to problem solving and keep the end users of a product top of mind when prioritising and delivering work. I'm good at explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, which is how good product decisions get buy-in.
In every role I've stayed close to the tools. Keeping my development skills sharp helps me understand, and lead, the work my teams do.
